Guided by elves through Pleasure Beach’s very own grotto, children will walk through a magical interactive walkway where they’ll write a Christmas wish list to hang on the wishing tree, collect reindeer food and a magic key, and of course meet Santa himself.
Included in the experience, guests can take a trip down the rabbit hole with a ride on Alice in Wonderland, then enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows – a proper winter warmer!

When booking for the Christmas Grotto Wonderland you can also pre-purchase game vouchers for the Christmas-themed games.

Guests can upgrade their tickets take to the ice at Pleasure Beach Resort Arena. Enjoy hot and cold snacks, Bubble Waffle and grown-ups can sip on a glass of mulled wine.. shhh don’t tell Santa!

**Each Grotto ticket includes – One child entry to the Grotto and meet Santa, one free gift suitable for young children, one hot chocolate and one ride on Alice in Wonderland. Each child may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults per booking in the Grotto. Additional adults must pay the Grotto entry price.
Only one adult may accompany the child on the Alice in Wonderland Ride. Additional adult tickets may be purchased for £5. Time slots are in 30 min intervals, you will see Santa within this time and still be able to explore the Grotto and enjoy the other experiences. To guarantee entry to the Grotto we recommend you book in advance online. Online bookings can be made up until midnight the day before your visit. The Alice In Wonderland ride is subject to operational availability, and height restrictions. Minimum height 117cm.
Maximum of 5 people per group visiting Santa’s room at one time.
How to get to the Grotto
The entrance to the Pleasure Beach Christmas Grotto is located next to the Pleasure Beach Ice Arena, which can only be accessed via Watson Road Tunnel.
